How can I get the keys to the apartment rentals?
After your reservation we send you a “check in info” letter in which we explain you the exect way of checking in. Our representative always welcomes you at the vacation rentals.
Is there a cell phone in the apartment?
No. But GSM phones works in Hungary. If coming from an area with a different system (e.g the US) or you don’t have your mobile with you, you can rent a phone from us. You can also buy a Hungarian pre-paid card at most kiosks and convenient stores.
Is there internet connection in the rentals?
Yes, every rental has DSL internet connection and computer in the room, free of charge. We also offer WIFI internet, free of charge.
Can I smoke in the rentals?
We can offer for you “smoke” and also “non-smoke” apartments.
How often is the rental cleaned?
The apartment is cleaned between each guest at which time towels and bed linens are changed. If you are staying more than a 7 nights, cleaning will be done once weekly which included in the price. If you need extra cleaning the price will be 7 EURO.
How can I get to and from the airport?
You can order a taxi with the help of our Hotel Transfer form. This air-conditioned private taxi takes you straight to the hotel at a fix price (from 15 EURO).
You can also use the Minibus Service at the airport but you have to wait for a while to get the right bus and it might go to other hotels before yours.
How can I get to you?
All our holiday rentals are situated in the very centre of the city within reach of public transportation. You can see the exact description under “Location” how can you reach us by car or by public transportation.
How can I get a cab?
We recommend only the biggest taxi companies in Budapest, especially at the airport. It is usually possible to order a taxi through telephone as well as do a booking in advance.
Where can I change money?
There are several exchange offices in the centre of Budapest. We suggest not exchanging too much money at the airport, railway station or hotel because you will find better rates at exchange offices in the city centre or even at any ATM machines.
Usually ATMs have the best rates. Traveller’s cheques not, but credit cards are widely accepted.
What if I cancel my reservation?
Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to 4 days prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged by the hotel.
Bookings for 7-21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the hotel.
Bookings longer than 21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise 7 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the hotel.
The above cancellation policy doesn’t refer to the accentuated periods (New Year’s Eve, F1 Grand Prix).
What happens if I break something?
Guests are responsible and will be charged the cost.
What happens if I loose a key?
For security reasons we would need to change locks and keys. Guests are fully responsible for the extra costs that inflicts.
Do I need to clean the apartment?
Normal cleaning is included. If extra cleaning is needed, guest will be charged. Doing the dishes is not included.
Will any taxes be added?
Our prices include all taxes - no hidden charges.
