Vacation rental description:

LODGEMENT

Club Apartment Suite has a PC with FREE INTERNET CONNECTION and also FREE WIFI INTERNET. This is a self catering vacation rental. It consists of a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a balcony. This rental is AIR-CONDITIONED.

KITCHEN is equipped with cutlery, dishes, plates, glasses, microwave, toaster, heater, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with drier.
LIVING ROOM is nicely furnished, has a dining table, a TV-set with satellite channels, a wardrobe and a foldout sofa bed that is comfortable for 2 persons. The living room is combined with the kitchen.
BEDROOM has a double bed and also a single bed. Extra bed or baby cot can be provided. This room has a table for 4 persons and also a wardrobe with selves. The terrace opens from this room.

Lodging is in two rooms so the apartment has enough space for 6-7 persons.
Hair drier, ironing facilities, bed-linen and towels are provided in the suite apartment.

Air conditioner for 8 EURO/day.

CHECK IN: 14 PM
CHECK OUT: 11 AM

There is a storage room for luggage on the same floor with the vacation rental so you can leave your luggage there in case of early check in or late check out.

LOCATION

The holiday rental is situated in the heart of Budapest and has one of the best prices in Budapest city. It is located just near the Vaci Street – the main promenade street in the 5th district: at only a few steps from Vaci Utca and from Ferencziek Tere (the square where the metro station is). The street where the rental is situated - Veres Palne Utca – is side by side with Vaci Street and with River Danube.
The vacation rental is on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. As you can see on the map the main attractions, shops, coffee houses, restaurants, pubs, etc. are all around the area where the apartment is located.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Only cash payment is accepted at arrival to the rental (EURO, USD or HUF).
Credit cards and cheques are not accepted.

"We stayed in this vacation rental with our one year old son, and it was absolutely perfect. There was lots of room for him to walk around and explore, and it was extremely clean. The curtains make the rooms entirely dark, for good sleep. The washing machine and dishwasher made it very convenient for a longer stay, and there was lots of storage space. There was even a screen to separate off his crib from the rest of the bedroom. I would recommend this apartment very highly for those travelling with small children (and for those who are not, too!)"

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to 4 days prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged by the hotel.

Bookings for 7-21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the hotel.

Bookings longer than 21 days: Reservations may be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise 7 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the hotel.
